Yes, most vintage items have been previously owned. However, we carefully inspect, clean, and restore them when needed to ensure they are in excellent, wearable or usable condition.

Absolutely! We take authenticity seriously. Every piece is thoroughly verified and sourced from trusted collectors and suppliers.

Because every item is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or damage during shipping — please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We currently don’t offer automatic international shipping at checkout. However, if you're located outside India and want to purchase something, just DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp us on our business account. Let us know which product you're interested in and where you're located. Payment for international orders is accepted via PayPal only.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, but delays can happen — especially during busy periods or due to courier issues — so it can sometimes take up to 14 days for delivery.
For international orders, shipping timelines vary and may take longer depending on customs clearance and location.

The name CloudCity is inspired by Shillong, which is often called the “abode of clouds” — a reference to the beautiful misty hills and dreamy weather of the region. Since Shillong is also a growing urban hub with its own unique culture and energy, the word “city” reflects that vibe.
So, CloudCity brings together the natural charm of the clouds and the creative energy of our hometown.
